If the product or any part is found to be faulty then The Real Horse Company pty Ltd will replace the faulty item free of charge. Please fill in the returns form from the website and email the form to us.
Returns

If you change your mind you may send the item back for a full refund of the purchase price. The returned item must be sent by registered post unused and in the original condition and packaging within 30 days from receipt of the product.
